How to convert Telegram Stars to USD and TON
Telegram Stars do not have one universal cash price in every purchase flow. This calculator uses a selected USD-per-Star reference, then converts that estimated USD value into TON at the available market rate.
Telegram Stars conversion formula
Multiply the number of Stars by the effective USD cost of one Star. To express the result in TON, divide the USD estimate by the current USD price of one TON.
USD estimate = Stars × USD per Star. TON estimate = USD estimate ÷ TON/USD price.
Why the price per Star can vary
The effective rate may differ by purchase channel, package size, platform charges, region and tax treatment. A stored reference is useful for comparison, but the price shown in your own checkout is the stronger input for a current personal estimate.
How to calculate your own USD-per-Star rate
- Take the complete checkout price, including charges you actually pay.
- Divide that amount by the number of Stars in the package.
- Enter the result in the manual USD-per-Star field.
- Keep the current TON/USD field unchanged unless you are comparing a historical scenario.

When a TON estimate is useful
Expressing Stars in TON makes it easier to compare a Telegram catalog or upgrade cost with TON-denominated marketplace floors. Because the TON/USD market price moves, the same Stars amount can produce a different TON estimate later even when the USD-per-Star reference remains unchanged.
